Terms of service
Last updated October 7, 2026
By creating a TurnBoard account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you agree on its behalf.
The service
TurnBoard is a tracking tool for apartment unit turnovers: the tasks each vacant unit needs, who is doing them, and when the unit is ready to rent. It does not inspect units, schedule or pay vendors, verify vendor licensing or insurance, or guarantee that a unit is habitable or meets any housing code. Your company remains responsible for its units, its vendors, its move-in dates, and the records its leases, insurers or local rules require.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- The company admin controls team and vendor access and can disable users.
- Enter vendor and resident information only when your company is allowed to store and share it.
- Do not attempt to break in, overload the service, or access another company's records.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel through the Billing page. Paid features continue until the end of the paid period, and we do not give partial refunds.
- If a subscription lapses, records remain stored, but higher-plan roles and limits may stop working until the subscription is restored.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Your data
Your company's records belong to your company. Accessible records can be exported as CSV. See the privacy policy for what we store.
Availability and liability
We work to keep TurnBoard available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will email account admins about material changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
